Terms of Business
1. Booking & Financial Policy
Lessons at Never2L8 Driving School are secured via advance payment. Fees are due 48 hours before your session starts. If funds are not received by Pawel within this timeframe, the slot may be released. Block bookings offer value but are strictly non-refundable.
2. The Cancellation Protocol
Never2L8 Driving School requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a lesson. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. Pawel reserves the right to reschedule should safety or mechanical issues arise with the vehicle.
3. Pupil Conduct & Legal Compliance
You must hold a valid Provisional UK driving licence and show it to Pawel before your first lesson. Pupils must be legally fit to drive; being under the influence of any substances or lacking required corrective eyewear will result in an immediate lesson termination with full charge.
4. Our Service Professionalism
Pawel will provide a dual-controlled, insured, and road-legal vehicle for all training. Never2L8 Driving School is committed to delivering tuition in a professional, distraction-free environment, following the DVSA code of conduct for approved driving instructors.
5. Practical Driving Tests
Pawel reserves the right to withhold the school vehicle for a test if he believes the pupil has not reached the required safety standard. Never2L8 Driving School is not liable for test fees lost due to DVSA cancellations or if a pupil fails to meet the test criteria.
6. Privacy & Data Management
Never2L8 Driving School processes personal data solely for instruction and booking purposes in line with UK GDPR. We ensure your contact details and progress records are stored securely and never shared with external marketers or unauthorized third parties.
7. Final Agreement
Engaging Pawel for driving tuition constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Never2L8 Driving School may update these policies to reflect changes in law or business practice. All agreements are governed by the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales.
